My name is Abiola Banjoko and I am the founder and a director at AOP Properties. The firm was established with the aim of supporting Clients in understanding their obligations around the health and safety of residents in blocks that they may have a vested interest in.

Having worked in property and construction with some of the worlds largest real estate firms over the past 15 years, i have accumulated a well rounded understanding of construction from both the Client’s and Builder’s perspective.

MY STORY
I am chartered Project and Programme Manager with experience in both the private and public sectors. I have a proven record of successful completion of multiple simultaneous projects for clients in sectors such as technology, education and health. More recently, I have worked with a number of Local Authorities supporting them with their Building Safety Management. My skills include the ability to communicate with a multitude of stakeholders, strong contract management and commercial acumen. Possess the ability to solve problems and build long-term robust relationships.
What are your favourite pastimes?

Fitness- I'm an avid gym goer (x4times a week). My favourite sessions are dance and body combat, as they are good stress relivers and keep me fit.

Travelling– I love nothing more that exploring different countries, cultures and food.

Art/Painting– Wondering around an art gallery or immersing myself in my latest painting, art has always been a true passion of mine. (And yes, I have been told I should sell my work!)
